Lawrence D. Dietz is a member of the Bar of the US Supreme Court, The State of California and the District of Columbia. Mr. Dietz is well known for his ability to draft and review complex legal documents in a practical and thorough manner. He is also very familiar with contracts dealing the EU General Data Production Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA).As a retired Colonel from the US Army, he is a subject matter expert in the areas of Psychological Operations (PSYOP), Cyber Influence, Electronic Warfare and Cyberspace Operations.Larry is also a volunteer Public Affairs Officer with the American Red Cross, Northern California Coastal Region. He has deployed in support of the Gilroy Garlic Festival Shooting Incident, several wildfires and the San Jose Flood. Colonel (Retired) Dietz is on the faculty of the Monterey College of Law and the American Military University.
